Mr. HENDERSONThe completion of the volume now in course of preparation has been delayed by difficulties connected with the reduction of the volume from foolscap size to royal octavo size to enable it to be published as a Parliamentary Paper as formerly, but it is hoped that future volumes will be published at the usual date.
