HC Deb 11 March 1924 vol 170 c2154W
Sir P. RICHARDSON

asked the Minister of Health whether he will take steps with a view so to amend the National Insurance Acts that, when an insured person is admitted to a public institution for treatment, the panel practitioner responsible for that case should be subjected to a reduction of his panel fees in respect of the time during which he does not supply medical attention to his panel patient in accordance with his contract?

Mr. WHEATLEY

I would refer the hon. Member to my reply to a similar question by the hon. Member for Shore-ditch (Mr. Thurtle) on the 20th February.
