Mr. W. GREENWOOD

asked the President of the Board of Trade the export of cotton-manufactured cloth from the following places in 1923 and 1913: Great Britain, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Holland, United States, India, and Japan and the exports of cotton-manufactured cloth to India in 1923 and 1913 from Great Britain and Japan; whether he will ascertain if it is the intention of the French Government to prohibit cloth imports into France; and does he purpose taking any action?
