HAMILTONasked the Postmaster-General whether he is prepared to reconsider the existing arrangement with the North of Scotland Steamship Company for the carriage of letters and parcels between Aberdeen and Shetland, with a view to securing a more frequent and improved service; and whether he is prepared to negotiate with the company a mail contract to this end?
