§ Mr. BONWICKasked the Postmaster-General if he is aware that the residents of Hullavington have to go to a smaller village three miles away for money orders, licences, and to deposit savings in the Post Office Savings Bank; and, in view of the hardship on the residents of 1198W that village, can he see his way to grant the full postal facilities to Hullavington for which the parish council have repeatedly made application?
§ Mr. HARTSHORNI am sorry to say that the amount of business likely to be transacted at the Hullavington Post Office falls far short of the minimum which would justify the initial and recurrent expenditure involved in the provision of the facilities to which the hon. Member refers.
