asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he is prepared to consider in the forthcoming Budget the desirability of not charging the halfpenny Entertainments Duty upon the admission money up to 3d., as the imposition of this tax presses heavily upon the working classes and their children, owing to the depression in trade, and deprives them of the pleasure of this class of amusement?
