§ Mr. WALSHThe total numbers of wheeled motor vehicles in possession at the time of the Armistice and now are, approximately, as follows:
No deduction, however, can be made on account of commercial cars and lorries, since the chassis of practically all such vehicles in the Army are of commercial type.
