Mr. WHITELEY

asked the Minister of Health whether the Royal Commission proposed to be set up to receive evidence from approved societies on the working and financial condition of national health insurance has yet been appointed; and whether he will consider the advisability of giving adequate representation to the trade union approved societies?

Mr. WHEATLEY
