asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether there is any intention of appointing a representative of the Irish Free State at Washington; if he has received any information as to what will be his title; and whether he will be charged with diplomatic duties?

I have at present nothing to add to the replies given to the hon. Members for Blackpool (Lieut.-Colonel Meyler) and Ilford (Sir F. Wise) by the Secretary of State for the Colonies on the 30th of April and the 19th of May.
