1136Wteachers who have failed to comply with the requirements of Section 2 (2) of the School Teachers (Superannuation) Act, 1922, and have consequently been informed that they are not entitled to the return of contributions paid by them under the terms of that; Act. I will consider the suggestion contained in the second part of the question in connection with the amending legislation which must shortly be undertaken.
