§ Mr. SHAWI have given further careful consideration to this matter since the hon. Member's question on the 4th June. For the reasons which I have already communicated to him I consider that the present facilities for residents in the Eltham area are reasonably adequate, and that the expense of re-opening an office at Eltham could not be justified.
