§ Mr. BUXTONOf the 519 authorities who come within the Section referred to, 88 applied for exemption. In 31 of these cases exemption has been granted so long as the circumstances remain unaltered. In every case action has been taken with the concurrence of the Allotments Advisory Committee, of which the hon. Member is a member.
