HC Deb 27 February 1924 vol 170 cc499-500W
Mr. HOPE

asked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury whether returning officers will be at liberty, if they so desire, to employ local printers for the forms required for the conduct of an election, or whether they will be obliged to use those issued from the Stationery Office in future?

Mr. DAVIES

I have been asked to reply. It is intended that the Stationery Office forms shall be used in all cases, except such as are indicated to be optional. As I stated in the replies which I gave on this question on the 14th instant, there will still remain a number of forms to be printed locally.
