HC Deb 27 February 1924 vol 170 c512W
Mr. MACLEAN

asked the Minister of Labour whether he is aware that Robert Wilson, 25, Alma Street, Govan, although having four years' stamps, has only received eight weeks' benefit, and has been refused any further allowance on the ground that no trace can be found of any contributions having been paid by him; that this man was employed for two years with Harland and Wolff, shipbuilders, Govan, and two years with Lawson and Company, saw-millers, Woodville Street, Govan; and whether he will cause inquiries to be made into this case?

Mr. SHAW

I am having enquiry made, and will let my hon. Friend know the result as soon as possible.
