§ Mr. GOSLINGThe grants made to these authorities towards the construction of the new road from Middlesbrough to Saltburn are on the same terms as those accepted by other authorities similarly placed. Should the local authorities desire to extend the scope of the work, I hope it may prove possible to give further assistance at the same rate.
