§ Mr. GOSLINGSince 1st July last, when the decision of the Court of Appeal was given on questions arising out of the London Order, the Commissioners have been in continuous negotiation with the principal parties concerned and have revised the scheme, which they hope to publish within the next month with a view to holding the public Inquiry thereo in May.
