§ Mr. BARNESasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will submit a Return to the House showing the output of sugar from the Kelham and 1604W Cautley factories from the time they have been free from the Sugar Duty?
§ Sir R. SANDERSI have been asked to reply. The Kelham sugar factory has not operated since the Government consented in March, 1922, to remit the Excise Duty on sugar produced from home-grown beet. The whole of last season's beet crop was worked at the Cautley sugar factory, 7,011 tons of white sugar being produced.
