Mr. CHAMBERLAINRegulations for this purpose have been prepared in my Department and notice of intention to make them, subject to the consideration of any representations or suggestions which may be made by any public body interested, has been given in the London Gazette. I am sending my hon. and gallant Friend a copy of the draft Regulations.
