§ Lord COLUM CRICHTON-STUARTasked the Under-Secretary to the Scottish Board of Health whether, having regard to the policy being followed by the English 748W Board of Agriculture, whereby the establishment of ex-service men upon the land is in effect actually being discontinued owing to the financial difficulties encountered by earlier smallholders, his Department will for the same reason adopt in Scotland a similar policy?
