Treasury have agreed to grant a sum of money, in excess of the normal Vote, to provide for additional special schools in the country?
Mr. WOODThe Treasury have no power to grant any money in excess of the amount voted by Parliament. I have no reason to expect that the action referred to in the reply which I gave on the 9th July last to the hon. Member for Blackpool (Major Molloy) will cause an excess on the appropriate sub-head of the Board's Vote.
