§ Viscount WOLMERThe official control of the export of sulphate of ammonia, which was instituted during the War, is now at an end. The export is, accordingly, subject only to the ordinary Customs Regulations, and I have no reason to think that these Regulations are not being observed. The hon. Member appears to be referring to certain trade arrangements, over which the Board of Trade have no control.
