HC Deb 23 April 1923 vol 163 c73W
Mr. MILLAR

asked the Under-Secretary to the Scottish Board of Health the terms of the remit to the Scottish Land Court in connection with the question of the valuation of small landholders' buildings and the fixing of fresh valuations and rate of interest; and whether notices have now been issued to the smallholders concerned, informing them of their rights to apply for a fresh valuation?

Captain ELLIOT

In reply to the first part of the question, I would refer the hon. and learned Member to the reply given on the 17th April to a similar question put by the hon. and gallant Member for Caithness and Sutherland (Sir A. Sinclair). Forms containing the necessary particulars are being communicated to each holder concerned in order that he may put forward an application if he desires to do so.
