asked the Home Secretary the number of admissions to local prisons of males and females between the ages of 16 and 21 for the years 1922 and 1923 for the following classes: on remand for all causes; awaiting trial, quarter sessions or assizes; committed to prison until quarter sessions with a view to a sentence of detention in a Borstal institution; and after sentence to a term of imprisonment.?
