§ Major BARNSTONI have been asked to reply. My right hon. Friend does not think that any useful purpose would be served by publishing the returns referred to. As I think my hon. Friend is aware, copies have already been sent to all interested bodies, such as the National Federation of Women's Institutes and the Village Clubs Association, as well as to the Rural Industries Intelligence Bureau, of which my hon. Friend is a trustee; and my eight hon. Friend is hopeful that a consideration of the reports by these and other bodies will lead to some useful results.
