§ Mr. BRIDGEMANYes, Sir; but there is no intention of disposing of these premises at present, as the prison might have to be re-opened in the event of a sufficiently large increase of prison population. The adjoining quarters are in use. The prison premises themselves are inspected. and will not be allowed to become derelict.
