Mr. YOUNGThe figure of £70,703,000 represents the amount devoted to debt redemption out of revenue. The balance, making up the larger figure of £88,644,000, represents cash resulting from non~ revenue items such as the surrender of the balance on the Civil Contingencies Fund.
