Mr. ALFRED T. DAVIESasked the Prime Minister whether his attention has been called to the demand of the United States of America for reimbursement expenses for her Army of Occupation on the Rhine; and whether, as the United States of America is not a signatory to the Treaty of Versailles, the views of His Majesty's Government were first ascertained before that demand was addressed to the Reparations Commission of the Allies instead of to the German Government?
