Member that the naval officer recently appointed to the post of assistant inspector of wireless telegraphy possesses, in my opinion, all the qualifications necessary for the post, and I have894W nothing to add to this answer. The officer referred to received a gratuity on his retirement from the Navy, but is not in receipt of a pension.
