Livingstone for compensation for the loss of her husband, who died after discharge from the mercantile marine, death being due to the effects of his vessel being torpedoed; whether the claim has been under consideration by the Treasury, to whom it was referred for decision, since 24th March last; and when a settlement may be expected?
