§ Mr. MOSLEYasked the Postmaster-General whether, seeing that the Postmaster-General in 1906 stated that he was prepared to recognise any duly-constituted association or federation of postal servants and that the National Federation of Postal and Telegraph Clerks has applied for recognition, he will state the grounds why such recognition has been refused?
