§ Mr. A. SHORTasked the Postmaster-General whether the Regulation that letters bearing a halfpenny stamp, if not posted before 4 o'clock p.m., are not sent forward until the following day is inimical to the furtherance of trade; and will he consider the desirability of abolishing such Regulation?
