Mr. CHAMBERLAINThe texts of the draft conventions and recommendations have been presented to Parliament as a Command Paper No. 1612 of 1922. I am not yet in a position to name a day for discussion of the Government's policy respecting these draft conventions and recommendations. As stated, however, by my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister on Thursday last, in reply to the hon. Member for West Houghton (Mr. Rhys Davies), the period within230W which action must be taken does not expire until 19th May next.
