BENNasked the Postmaster-General whether his attention has been called to the inconvenience caused to traders by the Regulations governing the printed paper postal rate and to the delay and consequent expense in the delivery of this class of postal matter, particularly that which occurs in the case of advice notes to consignees of goods: whether he is aware that the usual routine of business does not permit matter of this class to be posted before 3.30 p.m.; and will he take steps to remove this inconvenience?
