§ Mr. KELLAWAYThe normal hour of closing at all, except the largest, post offices is 7 p.m. I do not think that that hour unreasonably curtails public facilities, and I do not propose to restore the 8 p.m. closing. The time of the final despatch of letters depends on considerations which vary in different localities: if the hon. Member has any particular case in mind, I shall be glad to consider it.
