§ Sir E. POLLOCKI can add nothing to the statements already made in answer to the hon. and gallant Member for the Melton Division (Sir C. Yate) on 9th March and to the hon. and learned Member for York (Sir J. Butcher) on 1st May this year, to the effect that the matter rests with the Supreme Council and is still under discussion between the Allied Governments concerned.
