§ Mr. CHURCHILLAccording to a rough census carried out in 1920 the population of Iraq was 2,849,282. I was not myself responsible for administration during the year 1920–21, but the figures of expenditure will be shown in the appropriation accounts of the War Office and Air Ministry.
