§ Mr. EDWARDSasked the Minister of Labour, as representing the Ministry of Health, whether he is aware that the Newport, Monmouth, guardians have drawn up an agreement, which must be signed by the applicant for relief, binding the undersigned to accept all relief given him as relief by way of loan, and to authorise his employer to deduct five per cent. of his weekly wage until the amount due from him is repaid; and whether he will inquire into the matter or make a statement on the subject?
