§ Mr. SHORTTThe facts are as stated, except that the application was submitted in February, 1920, not nearly three years ago, and that Greenberg then stated that he had been in this country since 1902, that is to say, some 20 (not 24) years now. I regret I can hold out no hope of an early decision in the case.
