Edge, who has personally driven move miles by night and day during the 252W last 25 years than most motorists, that he favours the use of a red reflecting disc on pedal cycles in preference to a rear lamp, which is most difficult to keep alight; and, as this is the opinion held by many other motorists, will he cause further inquiries to be made before initiating fresh legislation on this matter?
