HC Deb 04 April 1922 vol 152 c2059W
Mr. J. JONES

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether any provision is made for preserving the rights of former Irish professors of Queen's Colleges who have retired before the passing of the Irish Free State (Agreement) Bill, for the continuance of their pensions as settled under the provisions of previous Acts of Parliament?

Mr. CHURCHILL

I would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave to a question on this subject addressed to me by the hon. and learned Member for York (Sir J. Butcher) on the 30th March.
