Mr. HARMSWORTHDefinite provisions for a Bulgarian outlet to the Ægean were, as foreshadowed in Article 48 of the Treaty of Neuilly, included in a Treaty signed at Sevres on 10th August, 1920, by which Western Thrace was to be transferred by the principal Allied and Associated Powers to Greece. This Treaty has not yet been ratified. I have no information as to the last part of the hon. Member's question.
