§ Mr. AMERYSo far as can at present be foreseen, it is anticipated that payments of the balance of Naval prize money will commence early next year. A sum of £5,100,000 has already been distributed. As indicated in my reply of the 7th March last to a question of the hon. and gallant Member for Portsmouth (Sir B. Falle), legal expenses in connection with the Naval Prize Act are not chargeable to the Fund.
