WORTHINGTON-EVANSThe honour of receiving a silk Union Flag representing the King's Colour was conferred upon the second-line and third-line battalions of the Territorial Force which served overseas. Rifle battalions were excepted. The distribution of the flags to county associations for presentation to the units concerned was completed in March, 1920.
