HC Deb 04 March 1921 vol 138 c2188W
Lieut.-Colonel COURTHOPE

asked the Secretary of State for War whether King's Colours will be presented to all second- and third-line units of the Territorial Force; and, if not, which are the battalions upon which this honour has been or will be conferred?

Sir L. WORTHINGTON-EVANS

The honour of receiving a silk Union Flag representing the King's Colour was conferred upon the second-line and third-line battalions of the Territorial Force which served overseas. Rifle battalions were excepted. The distribution of the flags to county associations for presentation to the units concerned was completed in March, 1920.
