HC Deb 03 March 1921 vol 138 c2032W
Mr. RAE

asked the Minister of Pensions if he is aware that James Robertson, 38, Myrtle Street, Bradford, late No. 266761, West Yorks Regiment, is refused out-of-work pay by the Ministry of Labour on the ground that he is unable to work; that the Ministry of Pensions refuses a pension or temporary relief because he is able to work; and that he has been certified by medical referees as unable to work and certified by special medical board as able to work; and if he will make inquiries into the case?

Mr. MACPHERSON

I have not yet been able to complete inquiries into this matter, but I will communicate with the hon. Member at an early date.
