§ Mr. BALDWINThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. My object has been to secure a Committee which shall be fully representative for the purposes in view, but this does not imply (and I cannot undertake) that a representative of each individual association shall be appointed.
§ Captain ELLIOTasked the President of the Board of Trade what steps are being taken to set up the Development Committee under the provisions of the Dyestuffs (Import Regulation) Act, 1920, observing that no announcement has been made of any appointments to this Committee?
