HC Deb 15 June 1921 vol 143 c440W
Lieut.-Colonel HURST

asked the Minister of Pensions whether the Appeal Board has refused to revise the case of F. J. Taylor, 55, Jenkinson Street, Manchester, and has maintained a 20 per cent. assessment; whether this refusal is in harmony with the report of the medical referee; whether this ex-soldier still has a bullet lying immediately to the left of his heart; and if he will have the case inquired into?

Mr. MACPHERSON

I am having inquiries made in this case, and hope to communicate with my hon. and gallant Friend in a few days.
