HC Deb 02 June 1921 vol 142 c1256W
Mr. HAYWARD

asked the Chief Secretary whether the evidence originally taken by General Crozier with regard to the looting at Trim was considered at the inquiries which took place after his resignation; and, if not, whether this evidence is still in the possession of the police authorities?

Sir H. GREENWOOD

The trial by court-martial of a number of cadets concerned in these charges is at present proceeding, and I am therefore unable to make any statement bearing on the facts of the case.
