§ Mr. S. BALDWINI have been asked to reply. The total charges on the registration of a company under the Joint Stock Companies Acts with a share capital of £500,000 is at present £5,050 5s. The total charges on a similar company registered before the War amounted to £1,300 5s. In both cases registration fees are £49, and the remainder is for stamp duties.
