§ Mr. J. DAVISONasked the Minister of Food whether he is aware that a representative meeting of the late district food officers in the north-west division passed a resolution strongly protesting against the methods adopted by the Ministry in dismissing district food officers in midwinter in contradiction to the assurances given by divisional representatives when interviewing such officers last May and the confirmation of such assurances as to period of office given in writing by the divisional commissioner when provisionally drafting those appointments; whether he has received a copy of this resolution;
