§ Mr. CHURCHILLI am not aware of the appointment of any such board. I am informed that a committee of Chinese ladies is being formed to assist in this particular the Po Leung Kuk, a Chinese society of high standing, which is of the greatest assistance to the Colonial Government in all matters connected with the protection of women and girls.
